Th International Slide Rule Museum, LLC, was incorporated on November 9, 2018 as a 501(c)3 (A57 - Science and Technology Museums) Colorado non-profit corporation. Colorado ID Number 20181884948, IRS EIN 83-2486423, as International Slide Rule Museum dba ISRM. See the Articles of Incorporation

Since its initial incorporation, most of the operating decisions were made at the sole direction of the museum's director and curator. During the Covid-19 pandemic, ISRM created a weekly on-line meeting using Google meet in order to provide a virtual access to ISRM and have discussions about slide rule collecting and research as well as to have a social time together. The meetings were helpful in providing input on the future of ISRM. Consequently the curator has asked several patrons and Friends of the Museum to be on an advisory board to assist in positioning the museum's collection and on-line web precense for the future. The extensive ISRM website needs to come-of-age with social media and mobile platforms.

The Board of Directors and other Friends of the museum meet informally at the On-line virtual face-to-face.social get together. Three times/week, two times on Wednesday and once on Saturday
