Back is blank (except for 3 screw heads)
Rule is prone to chip when dropped.

Manufactured by Grafton Plastics of Grafton WI who marked the rules with the retailer's name and shipped them directly to retail distributors.  Post rules were shipped with cursors marked "Frederick Post Co." 

VARIANT: No brand name or model number on rule (but "Post 1444P" on leather case) with Hemmi magnifying cursor. 

Many of these slide rules survive without any brand name or model number on the body.
